Return and Refund Policy

  • All returns must be made within 21 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, unopened and unused.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
  • If the item received was damaged or incorrect, PORES X will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement item at no additional cost to the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in the customer’s account.
  • PORES X reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria.
  • In the event that a product is discontinued, we reserve the right to substitute the product with one of equal or greater value.
  • Gift cards and e-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • All sales are final for any promotional or discounted items.
  • PORES X reserves the right to modify or cancel the return and refund policy at any time without notice.
  • Prepaid treatments and treatment services are non-refundable.
  • The return and refund policy are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the customer purchased the item.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date, unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping address and shipping method selected during checkout.
  • PORES X currently offers shipping international.
  • Shipping fees within Australia are a flat rate of $10.
  • PORES X offers free standard shipping on all orders over $99.
  • PORES X offers multiple shipping options, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and overnight shipping.
  • PORES X is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
  • PORES X is not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be applied to international orders.
  • PORES X is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped and tracking information has been provided.
  • If an order is returned to PORES X due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
