The guarantee is only applicable to customers who have purchased our treatment and products from PORES X.
The guarantee is valid for 30 days after completion of the 3-month treatment and products plan.
In order to be eligible for the guarantee, the customer must follow all skincare advice provided by our skin specialist.
If the customer wishes to claim under the guarantee, they must provide us with proof of purchase, before and after photos, and any other information we may reasonably require.
If the customer is eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund in accordance with our refund policy.
If the customer wishes to continue using our treatment and products under the guarantee, they must follow our skin specialist’s advice and cooperate with us to achieve the desired results.
We reserve the right to refuse any claim under the guarantee if we believe that the customer has not followed our skin specialist’s advice or has not cooperated with us to achieve the desired results.
Before and after photos are only for reference purposes and will not be used for any marketing or promotional purposes without the customer’s explicit consent.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the guarantee at any time without notice.
The guarantee is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the customer purchased our treatment and products.
